It was my honour to conduct the Celebration of Life Service.
For the former Wolves player Ron Stockin, a member of the team, for the title winning season 1953 / 54 season.

The Family has sent me a message this morning.
And I am posting this with the family's permission.

Good morning Paul,

Thank you so much for yesterday service.
You made us feel at ease, when we were both very emotional.
And we loved the way you structured the ceremony and included all of the memories, that the family found special.
You created a memorial that honoured the man that Ron was.
We have had so many lovely comments after the service.
Once again thank you.

Have just received a beautiful gift from a lovely family.
Who I had the honour of conducting the funeral of a beautiful Mother and Grandmother.
I was honoured to tell her wonderful story and celebrate her life.
As we said Goodbye to her.

Arrived home today after a busy day, conducting three funeral services.
To find I have had delivered a wonderful box of biscuits and lovely letter.

Dear Paul,
Just a small token of our thanks from all the family.
Thank you so much for your support, friendship and professional service.
The presentation copy of Dottie's eulogy, which you gave us at the end of the service.
Was a beautiful memento of a beautiful service.

Your words and the delivery of the poems, brought a smile and a tear in equal measure.

Keep up the good work.
And thank you from a grateful family.
