A visit to the beach is such a healing and restorative practice that helps us to improve our mood, reduce stress and reconnect with our true selves. The water has such a flowing energy that helps increase creativity and restore clarity and balance. That’s why you always feel as though you have refilled the cup after a visit to the beach.

Have you heard of crystal singing bowls? Do you know that playing or listening to them can help with mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The frequency and sound that resonates from the bowl helps to reduce stress , encourage deep relaxation which can help to improve your mood. They are also known to enhance focus and clarity. The sound waves emitted from the bowls interact with the body’s energy, and when complimented with a meditative state can promote physical healing and emotional release. The benefits are endless for both the mental and physical for the body. Im about to start my sound therapy journey to learn how to facilitate such healing. One more way I can encourage my clients to a better improve their holistic health and support them and me on our wellbeing journey.
