Some of the benefits of meditation include reducing stress, anxiety, depression, improving focus & memory, and emotional regulation, plus promoting better sleep.
Whilst some people find it easy to practise alone others benefit more from a group session
Using the peace of the Harmony Room I aim to gently guide you to a location, allow you time to appreciate the space with only the sound of soft, harmonious music, then gently bring you back into the room. Thus, allowing your body to let go of any held tension and bring you relaxation and peace.
You may sit or lie down as you wish, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
