“Perhaps some detours aren't detours at all. Perhaps they are actually the path.” - Katherine Wolf
As we say farewell to Winter and gently step into Spring, the seeds we’ve planted are preparing to bloom. But first, we must tend to the soil. We must clear the w**ds that have been stifling our growth.
Have you broken promises to yourself - or to someone else?
What have you been ignoring or neglecting?
Have you been overextending your energy?
Undermining your self-worth?
Negotiating your values?
Where is your life out of balance?
Where are you caught in a repetitive loop?
With Mercury in retrograde and the energy between eclipses, anything unresolved is resurfacing. Anything misaligned is ready to fall away. This in-between space can feel intense, but it’s purposeful. The Universe is gently - and sometimes firmly - guiding you toward where you need to be.
BREATHE.
As emotions rise and tension builds, step back. Pause. Ground yourself. These energies are happening for You, not to You.
You don’t have to do this alone. Ask for support. Share the weight. Sometimes we need another perspective to truly see what’s in front of us.
Accountability is being called for now — not as punishment, but as liberation. It’s time to w**d out what blocks your growth and gently tip the scales back into alignment.
“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different
results” - Albert Einstein
Go inward.
Reconnect with your truth.
Return to your purpose.
Remember your sense of self - and your Why.
Spring is coming. 🌿
Become more.
The path toward our best selves often goes through our worst days.
No one volunteers for those seasons.
No one wakes up hoping for resistance.
But growth doesn't ask permission.
It asks something of us.
Some days are not beautiful.
They are messy, painful, and necessary.
If we let them shape us instead of destroy us, they become part of the reason we are stronger - not because it was easy, but because we didn't quit on ourselves.
We became more.
