After high demand, we are running our second 4 week Beginners Reformer Course ✨ (1 session a week, 4 sessions overall), starting on the 21st April. We will explore the foundations of movement on the reformer — learning how to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and control in a supportive, welcoming environment.
