I am a qualified holistic and beauty therapist, offering a range of treatments in Halesworth (Suffolk). The treatments I offer take place in a cosy, purpose built wooden cabin. Treatments available include Massages, Hot Stones, Pregnancy Therapies, Oncology Therapies, Facials, Private Yoga, and Reiki. I started my Complementary Therapy training in 2012, when I went to University to study 'BSc International Spa Management'. From here, I continued to train and become qualified in various treatments each year - including both beauty and holistic therapies. I hold unique qualifications in Oncology and Pregnancy therapies, and I have almost completed a 4 year course in Homeopathy - which I look forward to offering alongside my current therapies. 🐇 I just wanted to say thank you for all of your kind words, cards, gifts and understanding during this difficult time.
🙏 Thank you to Fromus Vets and Eagle Veterinary Group for your condolences, and looking after the oldest rabbit that you all have ever seen (and at Melton).

🐇 Winston is now home, and I wanted to share his adorable paw prints from the vets 🐾 He was loved by all, and forever will be .

🌈 With a heavy heart, I must share that Winston crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday night 🐇

He was the oldest bunny all the vets had seen, 12 years and 1 month. Unfortunately his condition was getting worse, and sadly had to make the tough decision as he was suffering, with an outlook of rapidly declining health and pain if I brought him home for a few days.

Please be patient with me during this devastating time.

🐇 Winston update: Back to the vets today, and new diagnosis of probable kidney issues. So we are now waiting to book in for an ultrasound 🩺

🐇 Late night trip to the vets 🙏 After monitoring Winston all day, I had to take him in. He is home but I have to syringe feed and administer medication 🐇

There may be a delay in responses, but I will get back to you as soon as I can. Unfortunately there will be no appointments tomorrow, but they should hopefully resume on Tuesday (I will message directly if I need to reschedule your appointment)🙏 so please be patient for the next few days. Thank you 🙏🐇

🧘‍♀️ Had a fabulous time at Norwich Yoga Festival ! 🧘‍♀️ First time at this event, and already looking forward to next year! 🌸 Lots of various yogas (including headstands!), QiGong, Latin Dancing, and meditation in the woods! 🌸🧘‍♀️

Head / Scalp (Dry massage on head, neck, tops of shoulders): 15 minutes - £10

Unique and safe techniques, suitable for those currently living with, or previously had, cancer/tumors. Safe for those currently receiving treatment. Uses a lighter touch.

Instead of hands, hot basalt stones are used throughout the massage.

Deluxe (Hot Stones full body, and mini facial using stones) : 75mins - £55

Facial (Uses stones for the massage) : 60 minutes - £35

Include face, neck and scalp massage. Also double exfoliation. Suitable for Oncology Patients and Mother-To-Be. Chose between ‘Just All Good Things’ (locally made natural skincare in Wenhaston) or ‘Avon Nutra Effects’ (for a deeper cleanse).

Express Facial – 30 minutes - £15

Facial – 60 minutes - £30

Hot Stone Facial (Uses stones for the massage) : 60 minutes - £35

Please note: Cannot be performed on those with broken bones; or those undergoing an operation as it may interfere with the anesthetic.

Reiki Taster – 20 minutes - £10

Full Chakra Body Treatment – 60 minutes - £20

Distant Healing (Able to be carried out on those located anywhere in the world) : 20 minutes - £15

Private beginner sessions suitable for those who wish to try Yoga, or are at beginner level. Each session is tailored to suit each individual.

One-to-one – 60 minutes - £8.50

Duo for two people – 60 minutes - £16

Targets cellulite and orange peel. Includes scrub and vigorous massage to thigh area, as well as mini facial and scalp massage. Optional abdominal massage to improve digestion.

Body Sculpting – 60 minutes - £25 Includes scalp massage and mini facial.
