🤧 INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS 🤒

We are receiving numerous calls asking us to stop sending reminder texts for the flu vaccinations, when patients are already booked in from October onwards.

Unfortunately, you will still get the texts until you have had your appointment and it has been coded on your record. They are not being sent directly from the surgery and the texts are coming from the NHS with the surgery name on.

❗️If you already have an appointment booked in, then please disregard the message. If you would like to book an appointment and are eligible, then please contact the surgery on: 01422 410433❗️

Please DO NOT leave prescription requests until Friday, as we cannot guarantee that these will be issued before the bank holiday weekend.

REMEMBER - Prescription requests can take up to 48 working hours (this does not include weekends and bank holidays) to be issued and then dispensed by your nominated chemist.
