Harmony isnāt about making you look amazing just for today, its about small sustainable changes, working on each layer of skin, muscle, fat & bone. We donāt tighten skin with filler. We use it when appropriate, but we support with skin treatments, collagen building, skin barrier strengthening, dietary supplementation, mental health coaching. An ecosystem so year on year, you look & FEEL wonderful.
Who wants filler that does a quick fix and then 3 years later youāre kicking yourself for over doing it, looking puffy. We all discuss filler causing blockage of arteries but what about long term overfilled puff?
Why donāt we strengthen the skin so you get more tightness? More elasticity and less sagging? And use filler strategically for structural support only? . āØ
Frequently when people have dermal filler treatment they treat a concern rather than a symptom. So they will just fill the lines or hollows they see rather than step back and look at WHY did that line occur. You see if you donāt address the cause, how will you stop it worsening over time?
Think long term & work backwards. Not, let me do a quick fix & cry later.
I work with the harmony vision on every single patient now. Its very rare I look at things in isolation. I had a girl yesterday who had nose filler which had migrated towards her eyebrows. We discussed the role of muscles & how constant force van cause changes. So why donāt we treat a the layers of the face? then theyād work in harmony.
Itās all about understanding how things work together. Iāve literally spent hundreds of hours studying this, thousands of pounds developing my eye and techniques. I still continue to do so, youāll see Iām at a different training event every single month. I learn from my own mistakes. Each day trying to be better.
The goal is, and has always been facial harmony thats there, but not. You just canāt put your finger on it.
Aesthetic intelligence 2022! First round graduate š
Man I got so doubled with life I completely forgot to put this reel up! Only today I saw the @aesthetic_intelligence new intake that I remembered!
An absolute honour & privilege to be part of @drayadharb and @drshahd_ fellowship programme. It was honestly outstanding.
It 100% has transformed my practice. I now feel confident safe & competent to treat foreheads, eyebrows, temples, eyelids & post surgery noses.
I also made some incredible friends & community.
Also a shout out to @teoxane_uk.pro for your incredible products! š„
Things I wish I knew:
1. Wear SPF every single day, a minimum of 2x a day. Stop stressing over whether its a good one, just apply it. Anything is better than nothing
2. I know youāre exhausted, but donāt sleep in your makeup; then youāll breakout and then youāll have pigmentation to deal with
3. Scrubs dont work, they just irritate the skin. Come to clinic and have peels instead. Make sure your routine is targeted. Its cheaper to have a routine made for you and spend on better quality products. Youāll wish you did it sooner
4. Microneedling, PRP and Profhilo are your ride or die
5. Retinol is brilliant. For texture, pigmentation, Anti-aging. Just start stop thinking about it & get over the fact youāll peel a bit to begin with.
6. Vitamin C is great, but you donāt have to use it. There are so many other antioxidants and collagen stimulators out there. If it irritates your skin, stop persisting with it.
7. If your skin is confused ask for help.

A few weeks ago Jin from @_tonic15 and I went for coffee where she gifted me a spatula to apply my makeup.
Honestly, i was like oh man this is one of them weird TikTok crazes of people using bloody spoons to put their foundation on, but, its Jin so for the friendship I will give it a shot.
She had also given me a stick SPF, so i thought lets kill 2 birds with one stone.
Stick SPF: @thankyoufarmer calming sun stick. It contains Centella Asiatica works to soothe and hydrate a sun-parched complexion while Asiatic Acid both smooths a rough skin texture and strengthens the delicate skin barrier. Calamine helps balance oil and moisture levels, so your complexion is left clear and hydrated while thoroughly protected at the same time.
Super silky and i loved how it felt. Brilliant for winter, wouldnāt use it for summer as I felt it was a little too slippy & I would probably sweat it off š
Next, šØthe spatula. A stainless steel wand if you will that you use to layer thin foundation onto your skin & then use latex sponges to press to literally the most flawless skin. Honestly, i was blown away. Far better than any of my brushes, beauty blender. No wonder it is a korean craze.
Its been ages since makeup product got my attention, this gets 10/10.
And yes, ofcourse the foundation is @lameruk because nothing better exists š blush is @danessa_myricks and highlight is @marcjacobsbeauty

~ Confidence
But insecurity is like a seed
that doesnāt believe it is a tree.
So I remember to feel confident,
even before I succeed.
I believe that I can do it,
even if it hasnāt happened yet.
Because every tree
started as a tiny seed,
that fell to the ground
and had to grow up.

Truthfully, this isnt filler; its
Confidence
Art
Self belief
Empowerment
Courage
&
Medicine.
Oh a little sprinkle of skin thrown in š

You just cant quite put your finger on it right? š how beautiful does she look?
Thats Harmony by Dr Ayah š«
Im here to disrupt the status quo, fillers donāt need to be visible. They are there to restore & enhance. Theyāre to balance.
Im here to also help people to understand why it isnāt skin OR fillers. How they work at different levels & we use them to compliment each other for the best outcome.
I deliberately never write what I did for patients, its all bespoke. Its MEANT TO BE. You arenāt a book. This isnāt one size fits all. Your one in the whole universe, likewise your plan should be.
You know the most common feedback i get?
āDr Ayah, Other people take pictures of me now and I donāt hate them. My self confidence is so much moreā
Because thats all weāre here for. So that you FEEL good. Looking good is subjective, different people think different things are beautiful. But its not about the look, its about how it makes you feel about yourself.
You should be your own biggest fan š„°
High risk, high reward š
As you guys know Iām currently completing the @aesthetic_intelligence fellowship with @drayadharb where he shared with us his techniques for his signature 3 point rhino.
With this technique are safe, impactful & confident when assessing and treating noses.
Honestly, itās life changing. The most common feedback I get is, Ayah why did I wait so long to get it done?

šš½ THIS šš½ IS šš½ HARMONY šš½
Definition: harĀ·moĀ·ny (hƤrā²mÉ-nÄ)
n. pl. harĀ·moĀ·nies
A relationship in which various components exist together without destroying one another:
When assessing the face, we donāt look at singular entities. In clinic I donāt do ācheeksā or ājawā - we do HARMONY.
Thats why you canāt detect the treatment. You canāt tell exactly whatās been done at first glance.
Not only that, but you can see the confidence in the eyes of the one who has had harmony. Itās a subtle but impactful result. The features are the same.. but refined. No overfilling, no change - just an enhancement.

For some going to work is walking in, doing whatās required and going home.
For others itās invigorating, inspiring and full of passion. ā¤ļø
I founded Harmony to fulfil my desire to help others. I knew that the healthcare in me just couldnāt do a job for the sake of it. While it had to bring an income, it had to be something I would be excited about.
I mean how awful is it when you know youāve got work in the morning & you hate what you do. That sinking horrible feeling. I know it, Iāve lived it.
I share this with you today because I finally feel like Iāve found my calling. Iām 33. Not 18. If youāre struggling & donāt know what path you are on, itās okay. Somethings take time & courage that comes after years of failure. Iāve worked in Wilkinson, O2, Debenhams, Lush, Selfridges, at a university, various dental practices, as a bridal MUA, a maths tutor, biomedical scientist, neuroscientist. Iāve literally done so much. Some part time alongside others, some full time.
I knew I wanted to help people. I knew I needed an income. I knew I needed to enjoy what I do & feel intellectually stimulated.
Thatās what I do everyday now. I help people. I study. I build my brand.
It isnāt easy. Not one bit. But I wake up with passion, determination and excitement
Have faith in yourself. You can live your dream too ā„ļø

Makeup hacks for Eid:
- allow concealer to sit under your eyes before blending out for heavier coverage
- use a really hydrating moisturiser for the dewy base. Most peoples makeup doesnāt sit right because the skin isnāt hydrated enough
- layer different blushers to intensify and then buff powder to soften edges
- Bobbi brown glow powders have a clear base. Most highlighters have a white or gold base meaning they have a base colour with sparkles on top. Bobbi brown donāt theyāre just sparkly so if you struggle with streaky highlighter try them
- to make your makeup stand out use a coloured liner! Use eyeshadow as the eyeliner so it doesnāt need to be perfect. To make it even brighter, use a pencil liner then put powder on top
- donāt use setting powder everywhere it can make your face too matte. Only set t zone and under eyes
- Products used here
- @valentino.beauty foundation
- @bobbibrown bronzer in golden light
- Hermes blusher
- Pat McGrath highlighter
- eyeliner is random lilac eyeshadow I found

Image on the left: filler placed to reduce the length between the nose and upper lip. Heavily filler with migration of the filler.
What did we do?
ā
Use ultrasound to locate the filler
ā
target dissolve the filler meaning we use a much lower concentration of HYLASE enzyme and itās focussed on the areas we need it to be
ā
leave two weeks to settle
ā
Refill using a soft filler to enhance the lips without looking overly done and respecting the lips natural anatomy.
This is life changing. Imaging walking around hating your lips. This person in particular had her lips done before a major event and now hates all the pictures from that event.
I know of people who walk around with a mask, not for infection control purposes but because they hate their lips so much.
You see how we can effectively manage this?
Ps. This is why I do a bazillion courses, so I can then do this š
