I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist (HPD, DSFH). I can offer support in person for people in the Halifax, Brighouse, Bradford and Leeds areas from the award winning Halifax Hypnotherapy Clinic in Shelf and I can also work effectively and safely online within the UK and worldwide. e range of conditions including anxiety related issues, low mood, coping with menopausal symptoms, weight management/ lifestyle changes, chronic pain management, stopping smoking/ va**ng, stress related issues, confidence building, low self esteem, lack of motivation, improving sports performance and overcoming phobias and fears. Solution Focused Therapy uses a blend of psychotherapy and trance to focus on solutions and we work towards realistic goals that you want to achieve rather than dwelling on problems or past events. I use trance to bring about a feeling of relaxation and focused awareness which allows you to access those parts of your brain which are positive, creative and resourceful. Most importantly you will always remain in control. Together we will make those difficult first steps and work towards achieving the future you deserve. I am a registered member of the NCH, AfSFH and CNHC. I am fully insured with Holistic Insurance and enhanced DBS checked.
