Nettle Hill Healing Nettle Hill Healing offers Reiki treatments set in the beautiful Shibden Valley surrounded by nature and good energy. There is no massage or manipulation.

We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of wellbeing. There are many variations of Reiki, I practise Usui & Holy Fire III Reiki. Treatments can help us mentally, emotionally or spiritually or a variety of all three. I have been trained by a Reiki Master in person as is the tradition set by the founder Dr Mikao Usui in the early 20th Century. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing experience. You remain fully clothed and lie down or seated. I will connect to Reiki and gently place my hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near your body, when you may feel, amongst other things, heat from my hands. Sessions usually take around 45 minutes. In Love and Light
