Last week, some of our Bradford team organised a breakfast and group walk to mark the end Stress Awareness Month.

It’s easy to get caught up in the pace of both work and everyday life. So taking time out, even in small ways can make a real difference to our wellbeing. Whether it’s a walk, a conversation, or just a moment to pause, these breaks help reduce stress, improve focus, and support a healthier balance.

A great reminder that sometimes, stepping away is just as important as pushing forward. 💬

This week we marked a huge milestone for us as we officially launched our 5-year strategy in front of our staff, trustees and volunteers.

We were proud to bring together colleagues, partners and invited speakers to reflect on how far we’ve come, and more importantly, where we’re going next.

Our strategy sets out a clear ambition: to be a leader for Children and Young People's Mental Health across West Yorkshire.

Through the day we had presentations from our CEO on the 5 year strategy, updates from area leads, a first glimpse at our new brand strategy and creative direction, operational efficiency, staff welfare initiatives and much more, all topped off with a wonderful Indian lunch.

Thanks to YMCA Culture Fusion for being wonderful hosts in the centre of Bradford.

Thanks to everyone who supports Invictus do what we do, we're just getting started 💪

Last week our Transition Support Service (TSS) arranged a trip to Galactic Golf for their clients, giving them the chance to build confidence, meet new people and have some fun together.

It was great to see everyone getting involved, encouraging each other and stepping outside their comfort zones. Activities like this can make such a big difference, helping young people feel more confident and connected 💙

At Invictus Wellbeing, we believe it’s so important that young people have their voices heard and play a part in shaping the support and opportunities around them.

Employment UK have launched their 2026 Census for people aged 11-30 living in the UK. This gives young people the chance to share their real experiences of school, work, money, and mental health. The survey only takes a few minutes and is completely anonymous, and what you say will go towards improving opportunities and support for young people across the UK.
