National Walking Month is celebrated in May and encourages people of all ages and abilities to get outside and enjoy the simple benefits of walking. It’s a chance to improve physical health, boost mental wellbeing, and reduce environmental impact by choosing to walk instead of drive. Whether it’s a short daily stroll, a walk to work, or exploring local green spaces, even small steps can make a big difference.

Here at Limitless we are taking part in this great event, we're hoping to raise funds for a summer seaside trip and also donate 25% of the proceeds to charity. If you would like to sponsor us please get in touch and watch out for our May walking selfies 😁

Today is Earth day and it marks the 56th anniversary of the global environmental movement that began in 1970. This year’s theme is “Our Power, Our Planet,” which focuses on the idea that meaningful environmental change comes from collective actions to protect the Earth and accelerate the transition to clean energy. Today we took a walk around our beautiful surroundings capturing images of the world's natural beauty, planted new seeds and made our own pictures.

Each year on April 15, the anniversary of the sinking of the RMS Titanic is remembered with a gentle sense of reflection, people often take a moment to think about the stories of those aboard the grand RMS Titanic, their hopes, journeys, and the era they lived in. Leah has always had a passion for the Titanic and learning it's history, she spent weeks putting together a presentation to share with us all. Well done Leah 😀
