How I saw Ruby energy today đŸ”„ while playing this bowl.. I sometimes get an image, animal or other symbolism pops in when connecting to a bowl or crystal, which communicates an aspect of it's energy.
There were a couple of other things too.. a robin and an infrared sauna!

There's a new download available for the month ahead, with deeply restorative & re-energising petrified wood, yagna, ruby, carnelian, serpentine & gold frequencies đŸ”„

Petrified wood is useful for fatigue/exhaustion. It builds energy slowly, from the ground up. It also helps you to stand taller when needed. If you have any pieces, you can have them in or around your bed to aid your energy restoration over a longer period through the night.
