Here’s some feedback from our latest webinar “Su***de Awareness” session ❤️

Dear Jo

I wanted to say a huge thank you for hosting the su***de awareness course yesterday. It was a brilliant session where I felt safe to explore the topic of su***de along with an intimate group of colleagues where you enabled us to talk about our experiences and learn together. You created a wonderfully warm environment for learning, and I really valued this educational course learning how I can better serve and support my clients and understand more about an often under talked about area of su***de. Thank you for this fantastic course, and I shall definitely look for further CPD with learn to be.

Warmly

Charlie

🌟 Mental Health Daily Reminders:

Practice Gratitude: Cultivating gratitude involves acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of life, no matter how small. This practice can shift focus from what's lacking to the abundance present, fostering a more optimistic outlook and enhancing overall mental health. 🙏

Engage in Joyful Activities: Participating in activities that bring personal joy and fulfilment is crucial for mental wellness. These activities, whether hobbies, sports, or creative pursuits, can provide a sense of accomplishment, improve mood, and reduce stress. 😊

Accept Your Emotions: Understanding that it's normal to experience a range of emotions, including negative ones, is vital. Accepting that it's okay not to feel okay sometimes helps in managing emotional well-being more effectively, without undue self-criticism. 🤗

Prioritise Self-Care: Self-care encompasses activities like regular exercise and healthy eating, which are essential for physical and mental health. These practices can improve mood, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and boost overall well-being. 🍏

Set Boundaries: Learning to say no and setting healthy boundaries are key to managing stress and avoiding burnout. This involves understanding and respecting your limits and communicating them to others, leading to healthier relationships and reduced anxiety. 🚧

Seek Support: It's important to talk to others and seek professional help when needed. Whether it's discussing concerns with friends, family, or a mental health professional, seeking support can provide relief, new perspectives, and effective coping strategies. 🗣️
