Alison joined me after her sister suggested she could help out on evenings and Saturdays while I was still working full-time in the NHS.
I had just moved into a new building with a single treatment room.
Back then, all we had was an iPhone, a diary, and a piece of paper to record our sales.

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown together — I left the NHS, we moved into a bigger clinic with four treatment rooms, and Alison qualified as a Beauty Therapist and later advanced to Level 4 Laser.

She’s been by my side every step of the way — not only supporting me and caring for our customers, but also acting as a guide and mentor, helping to develop our amazing team, which is now six strong. 💛
