Interesting article as I know several people with long term anosmia.

Loss of smell, or anosmia, can significantly impair your quality of life, but options like smell training, alpha-lipoic acid and turmeric may bring back your sense of smell naturally

Do you like backflow incense burners?
I still have an account with a wholesaler for essential oils and giftware. They send a news note each week. Here's a section from this week, which I thought I'd share, as it highlights a gross unfair practice!

I used to send Frankincense and Myrrh scent samplers, with a list of their properties, for my boys to do "show and tell" in primary school. So at least few classes worth of kids understood the value of these gifts 😁

Magnesium Sulphate!
Cheap as chips and great!
AKA Epsom Salts, which you're more likely to have heard of.
A cupful in a warm bath eases many aches and pains.
I've raved about it in the past for my overworked gardening aches - for stiff back and thighs, I've climbed gingerly into the bath like an old woman. Having soaked in the Epsom Salts bath for 15 -20 minutes, I jump out, feeling like I've got a new body!
I've been complaining of a painful hamstring for a few months, blaming cycling and or the firm seat in husband's car - not really knowing why it occurred, but thinking I needed some therapy to address it. Decided last night, to have an Epsom Salts bath and found it had almost gone when I got out!
We absorb the magnesium through our skin. Magnesium is used by our muscles during activity, so may be depleted especially after exercise. It's also a relaxing mineral so can be helpful to aid sleep.
I buy 20kg bags online, which is the cheapest way. Pharmacies usually sell small boxes of it, but you need a cupful for a bath, so that's more or less the whole box!
Have a go and enjoy!
