Wow - what a great afternoon we shared together. 🥰

34 ladies in the studio, discussing female pelvic health with myself, Jen Redfern (Physio), and Consultant Urogynaecologist Yi Ling Chan.

Thank you so much for your great questions, lovely feedback and generous donations. As of now, we've raised a wonderful £295 for Overgate Hospice and I suspect that'll go higher before the weekend is through!

You are in extremely capable, kind hands when you attend a physiotherapy appointment with us. Here's Jenny Rose in action (and Ralph the Skeleton in the background!).

Over and over again, we are told how lovely and caring Jenny is (which is true)...but she is also a wonderful clinician.

Today, a lady who attends our Step up and Wobble falls prevention programme told me she had used what she's learned from classes to assist her husband up after he fell at home. Whilst it's never nice to hear someone has fallen, it was wonderful to know she had been able to apply the things we practice and discuss in sessions to help him prevent a long lie. The impact we have in peoples' lives' extends beyond the session 😁

Chatting with clients about their options in relation to managing a long term condition such as osteoporosis is something we know do well, but its so nice to have it confirmed when clients come in to clinic and articulate everything they've put in to action since their last visit and are all the better for it!...you know who you are 😉
