WE HAVE PLENTY LOCAL ( RAW ) HONEY £7.50.

After a discussion with our local bee keeper that produces our honey, I find it crazy about food labelling laws.

It's a really stupid thing a jar from China 🇨🇳 can be called raw honey on the label but uk beekeepers that are producing the best quality raw honey can't, some counties/councils vary in how strict that is.
Is raw honey legal in the UK?

We are often asked if our honey is raw. This usually leads to quite a difficult conversation, where we try to explain that we produce what they think raw honey is, but by law the word raw is not allowed in the UK unless you have filtered the honey through a gauze or you have cut comb.

This honey is as raw as it can be, although in the UK we are not allowed. 🤷
(It's collected within a few miles from our shop!) is unfiltered & unpasteurised, which preserves all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and beneficial compounds inside.
