The hard truth is if Ur too cold to train at a hardcore gym in the winter, if Ur out of your comfort zone in an old school no frills gym then I'm afraid you're never going to fulfill your potential. You'll never be what U could be, because to achieve that you need to step out of your comfort zone. That's exactly what its about. Pushing Urself hard, through the pain, through uncomfortable situations and positions. Driving your body to the max and powering your brain to love the pain, to love the uncomfortable, to thrive off the exhaustion.

Without this drive.....Ur nothing. Ur average.

Ur just an NPC!
