Are you a family member or care giver of loved ones living with Dementia? Do you know about Safe and Found Online?

The online platform allows users to create a profile which stores vital information such as photographs and medication required and is immediately accessible to the police in the event they go missing.

It is a digital version of the Herbert Protocol and can be regularly updated, increasing the chances of a successful search.

Good morning Calderdale

Our first support and advice drop in was held this week: it was a huge success!!

The drop in will be held weekly on a Monday from 10am-2pm.

This will be an opportunity for people from the Calderdale community to drop into the Noah's Ark Centre if they are experiencing issues or emergencies relating to their finances.

This could be anything from not having money for essentials (food, fuel, clothing including school uniforms, essential travel costs) to income maximisation advice like reducing household bills or increasing income via benefits.

We can support people to access our services at Noah's Ark (debt, benefits, grants, budgeting) and also provide digital support so individuals can access services provided by other organisations. We are also able to assist with uploading evidence for Universal Credit Claim Reviews.

Please note we will not be able to complete form filling or debt appointments during the drop in, but we can get the ball rolling!
