A day of complete joy, at our Spring mini retreat at Holdsworth House today. Everyone has left lighter, with a spring in their step (pardon the pun) and most importantly nourished and looked after. The main take out from the group was how we don’t take enough time out for ourselves, and days like this are soooooo needed. We’ll be back at Holdsworth House for our next seasonal mini retreat in the Summer. Contact me to be put on the list to be informed of the details. Adele 🙏
