Had some lovely feedback from patients today. Been able to show the patient before, during and after ear wax removal on the camera screen, makes the patient feel more comfortable and understand the steps carried out. Also helps to see that earwax removal isn't always necessary, and it's a hearing test they need, or just new batteries in the hearing aid!
