We were delighted to sponsor Overgate Hospice’s Annual Golf Day at Halifax Bradley Hall Golf Club recently. ⛳️

A fantastic £16,000 was raised through the event.

This week some of our staff here at Angelcare have began their Gold Standard Frame Work training. ⭐️

We have had several team meetings to introduce all our staff into the training program. 📈

Angelcare have been providing palliative care to the Calderdale area for over 10 years and the Gold Standard Framework Accreditation only further cements our commitment to the care our clients receive.

Angelcare are the only homecare provider in Calderdale working towards this accreditation, our Care Home already has the accolade 🏆

Today marks 22 years since our inception. 🥳

Who would have thought 22 years later we would have grown to encompass Angelcare Residential Living & our very own funeral home. 💜

Thank you to everyone who has made this possible, all of our staff, clients, suppliers & stakeholders. Without you none of this would be possible.

On Sunday one of our Registered Managers Zack, went to Stump Cross Inn to collect 2 carvery’s for 2 of our wonderful clients.

💜 We are recruiting 💜

- We have Full and Part time positions available between 07:00am and 23:00pm.

- Applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence and use of their own Vehicle.

- The hourly Rate is currently £11.00 per hour (being reviewed from 1st April), Plus Petrol allowance and Paid Travel Time.

- Experience is preferred, but not essential as we provide Full Training.

Today one of our home helpers visited a lady we shop for once a week to find her bedroom ceiling had collapsed.

She has no family and no way of sorting this out on her own.

Within 2 hours we had organised a temporary repair to stop water entering her bedroom, and tomorrow remedial repairs will be undertaken to make this space liveable again.
