(The Shadow and The Self) for a powerful two hour healing ceremony blending deep guided meditation, SekHem energy healing, and a shamanic journey to meet your spirit guide.

This ceremonial experience weaves together ancient traditions with soul level transformation. It gently invites you to release layers of tension, expectation, and mental noise, creating space to reconnect with your deeper self and the unseen guidance that surrounds you.
Our work brings together our masculine and feminine energies, to support balance, healing, and a sense of wholeness.
No experience is needed, just an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to surrender to what the moment brings ❤️

Here’s my latest dates for full 2 hour shamanic healing sessions or Egyptian SekHem healing.

Shamanic healing is an ancient spirit guided practice using drums, rattles, smoke, chanting, mantras, Icarus, throat singing etc. it hits deeper than other modalities have the capacity to. Clearing energetic imprints, restoring vitality to restore you to your true essence.
A full 2 hour session may include:-
Short reading/ oracle

Chakra balance
Balancing masculine/ feminine energies

Each session supports deep transformation. This is real energy work, deep soul healing, ancient ceremony.

Egyptian SekHem is a heart centred energy healing that flows from the Sirius star. The Dog Star. The brightest star in the sky. The transmission is often linked with the lion headed goddess Sekhmet. The goddess of healing and transformation.
Each session is an hour long.
Similar to a reiki session but a much higher frequency.
A high vibrational healing modality where we extract any negative or dense energy, cleanse aura, organ cleanse, balance chakras etc.
This radiant current awakens the souls highest vibration, clearing blocks and restoring harmony between body, mind, and spirit, guiding you back to your divine self

They say Saint Patrick, Ireland's most celebrated immigrant and Christain figure drove all the snakes out of Ireland. Except there were never any snakes in Ireland.

What was St. Patrick really driving out?
Was it literal? Or symbolic.

The serpent is the oldest symbol of wisdom, of kundalini, of the divine feminine, the Mother Goddess, the holders of earth-based spirituality, the druid (drui) and the druidess (bandrui).

Ireland was the last stronghold of the old ways. The mystery schools, the sacred groves. the keepers of ancient knowledge.

Patrick didn't drive out any snakes or reptiles of any kind.

He drove out the indigenous spiritual traditions and systems and replaced it with political and church state of Rome, Christianity taking over paganism and they called it a miracle.

The snakes were the wise ones, the healers, the wisdom protectors, the seers. the ones who remembered, and the church has been celebrating their eradication ever since.

So today, while everyone's drinking beers and ales, maybe pour one out for the serpents.
For what was lost when the old ways were driven underground.

The snakes didn't leave. They just learned to hide.

And some of us are still looking for them, wanting to connect with the old and forgotten ways.
