Good morning! And what a beautiful one it is too!

I’m back at St Helena Hospice again today where I’m a volunteer complimentary therapist. I’ve not been for a while doe to changes in work schedule and client cancellations and it’s so lovely to be back giving treatments today.

It’s a fabulous place and for those of you who don’t know much about what the hospice does, please have a look on their website to find out more.

It’s Pancake Day!

My beautiful Mum was the Queen of pancakes in the village where I grew up. She would make hundreds for coffee mornings, church fairs, christenings or just for visitors x

I made hundreds with her and have all of the things she used to make them…..but they never turn out like hers!

Good Morning 😊

I’ve had a lovely break away in Tallinn this weekend. Was lovely to see the snow and wander around the beautiful town. Amazing walk along the frozen beach and to see the sea frozen x

Good morning!

I hope you are all well. I’m looking forward to getting back into a good routine again. I’ve had a fabulous time over Christmas and New Year and feel rested and ready to go! I’m not sure I’m looking forward to stepping on the scales today though 😱

Just as a reminder, treatments are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and some Saturdays. I provide treatments in the comfort of your own home in Halstead, Sudbury and surrounding areas and also use treatment rooms in Castle Hedingham and Sudbury.

I provide treatments tailored to your needs and also specialise in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) and Maternity and Reproductive Health.

Morning all!

I’m all set up in my wee office to work at home today. Many of you will know that I have a part time job working for a company called EQUIP Ltd who provide training and education anyone who works in Primary Care.

I have a varied week of reflexology coming up and will back at Harlow Hospital on Thursday providing treatment in the chemo suite. I used to do this once a month over a two year period, but now I cover when someone is on holiday. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this week. I also have a couple of treatment swaps in the diary this week which is always lovely.

Morning!

Tuesdays are always the start of my reflexology week and I’m just getting ready to go out to my first client.

At the weekend I was doing some taster treatments at a community fun day in Colchester to raise funds for St Helena Hospice. The weather was perfect and there was a great turnout. We had lots of lovely people come and see us for a treatment.
