Good morning!

I hope you are all well. I’m looking forward to getting back into a good routine again. I’ve had a fabulous time over Christmas and New Year and feel rested and ready to go! I’m not sure I’m looking forward to stepping on the scales today though 😱

Just as a reminder, treatments are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and some Saturdays. I provide treatments in the comfort of your own home in Halstead, Sudbury and surrounding areas and also use treatment rooms in Castle Hedingham and Sudbury.

I provide treatments tailored to your needs and also specialise in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) and Maternity and Reproductive Health.

Morning all!

I’m all set up in my wee office to work at home today. Many of you will know that I have a part time job working for a company called EQUIP Ltd who provide training and education anyone who works in Primary Care.

I have a varied week of reflexology coming up and will back at Harlow Hospital on Thursday providing treatment in the chemo suite. I used to do this once a month over a two year period, but now I cover when someone is on holiday. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this week. I also have a couple of treatment swaps in the diary this week which is always lovely.

Morning!

Tuesdays are always the start of my reflexology week and I’m just getting ready to go out to my first client.

At the weekend I was doing some taster treatments at a community fun day in Colchester to raise funds for St Helena Hospice. The weather was perfect and there was a great turnout. We had lots of lovely people come and see us for a treatment.

Good morning!

I’m ready and set up for today’s treatments at St Helena Hospice in Colchester where I’m a volunteer Complimentary Therapist.

I love what I do here and have learned so much over the years. There are a few of us who provide treatments in our lovely relaxing treatment room and also to those in the IPU. It’s a real privilege to be able to do it. X

Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine. It’s so lovely to be able to sit out in the garden and enjoy it.

This week will be a lot quieter for me. As many of you know I was in Little Shop of Horrors last weekend at The Quay theatre in Sudbury which was performed by Sudbury Musical Society. What a fabulous week it was!

My role in this show was very different to anything I’ve ever done….i was the puppeteer for the Audrey II plants and I loved it! It was great to be part of the show with such a talented cast!

I’m looking forward to seeing all my lovely clients this week ❤️
