M&D Anxiety Coaching STILL Method The STILL Method is a 6 week programme using a step by step system to understand and manage anxiety, improve self esteem and become more resilient.

It is is suitable for anyone over 8 and is delivered as a series of 6 workshops individually or in groups. My name is Joanne and I am an anxiety coach
using the STILL Method. I am lucky to be working
alongside my Mum, Julie, who is also a trained
anxiety coach for both children and adults. We
both have years of experience working with
children and their families, myself within a range
of schools and Julie as a social worker for over 20
years. The STILL Method was created by Stuart
Thompson who worked with my daughter using
this programme with amazing results, so we
couldn't wait to train as coaches ourselves. The STILL Method programme can be delivered
individually or in groups across 6 one hour long
sessions. The STILL Method has five main elements, STOP,
TALK, IMAGINE, LISTEN and LEARN and is a step
by step programme that can reduce anxiety and
build confidence and self esteem. Each session introduces one element and is
delivered practically and in a fun informative way
that is accessible to all, regardless of ability. The STILL Method provides students with the
tools to deal with difficult feelings, fear and
phobic thoughts. Each element of the STILL
Method incorporates tools from a range of
disciplines including; Neuro Linguistic
Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,
positive psychology, coaching and personal
