Functional movement yoga, classes this week 2nd and 3rd of March.
Chronic lower back pain isn’t just about the back. Often it comes from an unsupported pelvis and a core that isn’t coordinating properly. When the pelvis and deep core work together, the spine can feel stable, strong, and spacious.
This week we focus on connecting the deep core, glutes, and hips, using breath-led movement to restore natural support and ease. The goal isn’t to grip or force — it’s to feel coordinated strength and freedom through the lower back.
