Rediscover the spring in your step with this unique yoga-inspired movement class designed to awaken and restore your body’s natural bounce. Starting Monday 8th Sept.

Our fascia – the connective tissue web that runs throughout the body – plays a huge role in how we move, feel, and recover. When it’s hydrated, resilient, and responsive, we move with ease and vitality. When it’s tight, stiff, or neglected, we can feel restricted, heavy, or more prone to aches and fatigue.

In Bounce Back Fascia, we focus on playful, rhythmic sequences that tap into the elastic recoil of fascia. Think of it as training your body to move like a spring again – light, supple, and energised. This class combines flowing yoga movements with fascia-friendly techniques that:

This week, starting Monday 18th August, we’re working with the element of Fire, connected to the third chakra, the solar plexus (Manipura) — the centre of our personal power, confidence, and vitality.

In this class, we’ll explore dynamic, core-based movement to build heat, strength, and resilience. The core cylinder is more than the abdominals — it includes the shoulder girdle, diaphragm, deep abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, and back body. Together, these structures give us stability, balance, and efficient movement.

By stressing the core in practice, we create healthy challenge that generates heat and strengthens this vital centre. Working here supports:
✨Resilience & strength – stabilising the spine and improving functional movement.
✨Energy & vitality – activating the fire element helps shift sluggishness into momentum.
✨Confidence & empowerment – cultivating awareness of the solar plexus builds inner drive and self-belief.

Hannah will guide you through a LYT® Yoga practice—a core-focused, brain-smart approach to movement that supports you in daily life, not just on the mat. You’ll work on:
✔️ Aligning your pelvis to protect your spine and improve posture
✔️ Reconnecting to your deep core for stability and strength
✔️ Creating mobility in stiff areas—hips, shoulders, and upper back
✔️ Building coordination, balance, and control
