Our fascia – the connective tissue web that runs throughout the body – plays a huge role in how we move, feel, and recover. When it’s hydrated, resilient, and responsive, we move with ease and vitality. When it’s tight, stiff, or neglected, we can feel restricted, heavy, or more prone to aches and fatigue.
In Bounce Back Fascia, we focus on playful, rhythmic sequences that tap into the elastic recoil of fascia. Think of it as training your body to move like a spring again – light, supple, and energised. This class combines flowing yoga movements with fascia-friendly techniques that:
