🌟🥁 Exciting News 🥁🌟

I've found our cosy winter meditation home … and it’s absolutely stunning! 🕯️🍂

From October, Sacred Meditation sessions will continue and be held at The Good place Cafe and Yoga in Castle Hedingham.
This beautiful café and yoga space is full of warmth, charm, and holds the perfect energy for deep rest and connection.

I can also highly recommend a visit to the café ... I recently had a gorgeous lunch there, the cakes are incredible and its so cosy with a friendly vibe.

So, back to Meditation... Picture .... rustic beams, soft light, and mats rolled out ready for you to sink into stillness. This is where we’ll gather to release, restore, and realign as the seasons turn.
