As the school/college holidays draw to a close I’ve been busy preparing for a very busy few months ahead with birth support, night support,daytime postnatal support and pregnancy retreat day.

All families require different types and level of support and I offer bespoke care to each individual and their personal circumstances and needs

One thing that never varies is the love of receiving home baked goodies! Bread being a particular favourite.

This from a couple I supported back in March. The birth didn’t unfold as planned but feeling well supported meant they felt in control of their choices, confident, calm and positive.

Birth is unpredictable but if you are knowledgable, supported and really heard it really does make all the difference 🥰

Know that every mum feels this way at some point or another -
