Residents were joined by some very special visitors for National Pet Lovers Day, as families and team members brought in their pets to spend time in the home. From wagging tails to warm cuddles, there were smiles, laughter and plenty of conversation throughout the day.

These moments make a real difference. They spark memories, lift spirits and bring people together in a simple, meaningful way.

Our residents at Weavers Grange welcomed the Lunar New Year with a wonderful day of creativity, culture and plenty of smiles.

We crafted our own unique lanterns, prepared delicious spring rolls together and even enjoyed a lively dragon game made by the group with teamwork and laughter throughout. Through our ever popular Armchair Travel session, residents discovered the traditions, customs and superstitions behind the celebrations, sparking lovely conversations and memories.

Moments like these remind us how learning, sharing and trying something new can bring everyone together in such a meaningful way.

Smiles all round at Weavers Grange yesterday as residents enjoyed an afternoon of pancake flipping, with plenty of laughter, encouragement and a few very impressive flips along the way!

At 3pm our pancake trolley made its way around the home, serving fresh pancakes with a choice of toppings: fresh fruit and Chantilly cream with homemade toffee sauce, or the traditional favourite of lemon and sugar. It was a perfect 50/50 split!

Sweet treats, happy faces and a lovely afternoon shared together.

On Sunday we celebrated Yorkshire Pudding Day at Cedars Place!

Our trolley made its way around with all the delicious trimmings, from syrup, a much loved wartime tradition for something sweet, to Chantilly cream and fresh fruit. They went down an absolute treat and the residents enjoyed every last bite 😍
