Precision work in a peaceful place 🌳⛪️

This oak tree at Greenstead Green Church near Halstead was suffering from advanced root decay and needed to be carefully removed. With a tight drop zone in a sensitive setting, our team used our 20m cherry picker for safe access and one of our smaller trucks to navigate the narrow gates.

🌳 Swift and safe Birch removal in Bulmer 🌳

We were called out to remove this declining silver birch tree, positioned very close to the customer’s home. With branches already starting to fall and visible decay setting in, it was important to act quickly to avoid any potential damage.

✅ Safely dismantled using proper rigging techniques
✅ Cut and stacked suitable timber for the customer to use as firewood 🔥
✅ Left a section of the stem in place to support bird feeders 🐦
✅ Full site tidy-up — left clean and immaculate

🌳 Safe removal of declining trees at a beautiful local site 🌳

Today the Second Nature Tree Services team were at Toppesfield Vineyard, where we removed two large willow trees that had sadly reached the end of their life.

As mature trees in prominent areas of the grounds, they were showing signs of poor health and were ready to be retired before they became a potential concern.

✅ Dismantled using our MEWP for safe, controlled access
✅ Trunks felled professionally with no disruption to surroundings
✅ All brush chipped and wood responsibly removed

This was a high-risk job carried out with precision and care — and the client was very pleased with the end result.
