Today marks the start of a new year… and also the anniversary of the day we took over running The River Room!

It’s hard to believe it’s been three years already. When we took the space on, I had no idea how much it would grow, change and become even more special. Not because of walls or props, but because of you, our community.

Every class, workshop and gathering has added to the heartbeat of this place. Running The River Room is such a privilege and I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who shows up, cares for the space and makes it feel alive.

Here’s to another year of sharing, resting, learning, laughing and simply being together in this beautiful space by the river. 🌀🌀🌀

Yoga, pilates, sound bath and somatic movement hidden away in peaceful Halton Mill!

The River Room is a gorgeous studio over looking the river lune in the very heart of the lune valley. We are home to a community of independent teachers who offer regular classes, events and workshops.

We are also a hireable space for your own class or wellbeing offering!

My loves! The November newsletter has gone out and what a treat we have for you this month.

All the workshops are on our website so please do check them out! And if you’re signed up to our mailing list and you’ve not had your email, check your junk.

We have such a wide mixture of workshops this month from children’s yoga to somatic movement to cacao ceremonies to restorative yoga. It’s a real gorgeous nourishing mix!

A Ceremonial Cacao & Yoga Journey

Let us gather to honour both spirit and embodiment

Saturday 29th November - 2pm-4.15pm

An afternoon to tend to your heart with the medicine of Mama Cacao, we will journey with her into our hearts in a sacred space of love & devotion.

The afternoon includes;
♥️ Ceremonial Cacao invoking the medicine wheel with our hearts and voices
♥️ gentle yoga and somatic movement
♥️ Restful restoring Yin & deep relaxation
♥️ Spaciousness for reflection, journaling, sharing
