📞 Audiology advice line – new opening hours from 1 December.

To help make our service become more efficient for patients, the Audiology advice line will soon have new opening times.

From 1 December, the line will be open 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm (Monday to Friday)

This change will allow our team can complete all follow-up admin between 4pm and 5pm after the phone line closes. Patients will no longer need to stay on the phone while this work is done, making calls shorter and the service more streamlined.

We currently receive a reduced number of calls after 4pm, so this move will help us improve the overall patient experience without impacting access.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve how we support you. 💙
