⭐️Client Spotlight ⭐️

My client Paul has lost an incredible 9 and a half stone since being on plan with me.

Paul has completely transformed his life! He first came to me in late August 2023, having had a few face to face appointments before I relocated area, meaning we switched to virtual weekly support. Paul showed up each and every week for his catch ups, listened to my advice and stuck with his personalised plan, He’s factored in a holiday and some social events around the plan, without derailing into old habits. I am so so proud of Paul and his achievement! What a star 🌟

His clothing size has dropped from XXL to M
49.5 + inches lost.
BMI 44 to 24.4

Paul says - I feel amazing I feel like a new person, I’m so proud that I stuck to the diet I originally only came on to give my sister support but now it’s all for me 💪😁 I find the plan easy as it’s structured and you don’t need to think about it.

Paul’s best non scale victory was fitting back into his old army cadet uniform, that has been hung in his wardrobe for over a decade!

🤎Maintenance🤎

Nearly 2 years on maintaining my 4 stone weight loss ✔️
