I am incredibly proud to be celebrating one year of providing specialist pelvic health physiotherapy to the South Lanarkshire community.

✨✨Another excellent training day on the Advanced MAPLe Training Course, expertly hosted by and delivered by ✨✨

The day was packed with advanced techniques and functional exercise strategies to support improved outcomes for patients with stress urinary incontinence, prolapse, postnatal OASI, pelvic pain, and wider pelvic floor dysfunction.

MAPLe continues to stand out as an exceptional clinical tool, enabling more precise assessment, targeted rehabilitation, and truly meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.

This advanced training ensures my clients receive the most up-to-date, evidence-informed care to support long-term pelvic health and confidence.
