Over the weekend I started my Reiki journey with Oona at .

Over the next few months, I'll be focusing on myself and offering some healing to friends and family. When I feel the time is right, I'll move on to the next level in the hope I can offer this to my clients too.
I don't want to rush into this, I want to make sure this is right for me and ultimately right for my clients.

It's 2026! I've been easing myself in slowly. Meeting friends, eating, dooks and saunas. January is always a busy time for me, but I'm trying not to rush through it.

I received a beautiful bouquet and candle today from the organisation I had been volunteering with. I was offering massage to trauma experienced adults.
They smell amazing, especially the cinnamon sticks.

Sadly, because of changes to the team's remit and the ages of clients they are working with, I won't be offering this service anymore.

It was probably some of the most joyful days I have had as therapist. I also learned so much about how to communicate in a safe and supportive way with vulnerable clients.

I am forever grateful to Lynne for sending this opportunity my way.
