One of the wonderful things I get to do is volunteer, working with trauma experienced adults.
I have been working with a group of individuals for nearly a year, once a month. The feedback I get is amazing, in terms of their physical and mental health.
And it always starts with a good blether! 💆‍♀️ 🧡

It's been such a busy time that I forgot to announce that I am now a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. The photos are from our graduation last year, at which point I had completed my written and practical exams but still had to complete my case studies.
It's all done now, and after a bit of a turbulent year, I can now officially add this to my treatment list.
Thanks to for the amazing teaching and support over the last few years.

Last treatment before I take a couple of weeks off for summer.

Today, I was mobile with one of my regulars who had injured themselves, so we did some remedial work. Hopefully, this, alongside her physio will get her back to her full range of movement soon!

Last minute trip to Market in Troon today! Always love seeing Chrissy the got a hug and some amazing Litha soap and a gorgeous bath oil. Met Fiona from .soap.company who hilariously lent me her arm to I could smell all three body oils!
And finally, my new gorgeous hand-made mug from - I can not wait for my cup of tea later!
So many great vendors, I collected a few cards for some online gifts at another time!

1. Pay for a full price massage and receive a voucher for the same massage for only £14
2. Payments must be made in advance via bank transfer
3. The treatments can be for you or a loved one!
4. The £14 voucher must be used within 6 months
5. Offer closes Saturday 12pm.
6. DM to claim offer.
7. Relax
