❤️Reduce pain and muscle tension - Of course, the point of massage is to make you feel better! By increasing bloodflow to an area and massaging out any ‘knots’ you’ll start to feel tension leave the problem area, reducing pain.
❤️Increases range of movement - by reducing the muscle tension, you will find it easier to move and muscles should be less ‘crunchy’!
Speeds up injury recovery - by improving circulation to an area and reducing any muscle tension, I can help your body heal.
