We're just back from our third and final getaway for September at Haggerston Castle.

We had our second September getaway at Weedingshall and we are so pleased everyone had such a wonderful time. The feedback from the families has been overwhelmingly positive and the interaction between parents and children/young people has been amazing to see, it appears the train is a real hit with everyone also. Thank you again to everyone

We had the first of our September Getaways at the weekend @ Weedingshall Lodges and we are so pleased to hear the amazing feedback we have received from our families. I would like to thank the families for your participation in activity and it was lovely for us to see the interaction with everyone. Bo'ness Railway Station were amazing with the children and young people and Weedingshall looked after everyone so well also.

Our first walking group session is due to commence on Monday 1st September. Please get in touch if you would like to participate.

Our walk and talk group will start on September 1st, this session will start at 10am and will meet at Hamilton palace grounds. This is a great opportunity to meet with myself and fellow members, where you can chat, discuss experiences and offer support throughout the group. There is an option to sit down with a drink and cake at Juniors café afterwards.

The walk is free with a small charge of £3 for those wising to attend juniors afterwards.

Family Fun Day
Saturday 16th August - 11am to 4pm @ the Pat Cullinan Community Centre

We would like to invite anyone in the Lanarkshire area interested in becoming a member of REACH Lanarkshire Autism or to find out more about what we offer and services we provide.
We will have our full team at this event on the day (including Board members) and our existing members.

REACH Lanarkshire Autism's Annual AGM Information

The AGM will take place next Thursday, 21st November.
It will take place in The Joe McKay Community Centre 6.45pm -7.45pm.

The main purpose of the meeting will be to pass on information advising the current financial position of the charity and an update on the services, activities, and trips we've provided over the past 12 months.

As there is a lot to cover, we will not be able to answer questions on the evening.

All with current paid membership are welcome to attend.

If you have anything you wish to ask, please send over any questions, and we will aim to answer these directly within 14 days of the AGM.
