On behalf of the children, families, and our entire team, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the generous Better Breaks funding we received. This support enabled us to offer a truly memorable and enriching short break to Craigtara, which had a profound impact on the families involved.

The opportunity to step away from the challenges of daily life and enjoy time together in a new environment was incredibly valuable. For many of the families, this break provided a much-needed chance to relax, recharge, and reconnect with one another, away from their regular routines. The children, in particular, thrived in the new setting, with plenty of fun and opportunities for social interaction, which in turn helped to create lasting memories for everyone.

The positive feedback we’ve received from families highlights the true benefits of this experience, from building stronger family bonds to simply enjoying precious moments of joy and laughter together. These breaks play a crucial role in enhancing well-being and strengthening family resilience, and we are deeply grateful to Shared Care Scotland for making it possible.

Thank you once again for your continued support and for making such a difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Thanks to the staff team who joined me this weekend with the families for the wonderful work they have done over the weekend Cheryl Louise Alicia and Evie!

Our Treasurer, Louise Healy, was invited to pop into the Nike store at Kingsgate Retail Park, East Kilbride to collect a monetary donation collected in tins featured at their checkouts supporting REACH.

She popped in this morning and met the lovely members of staff, Alana and Mark, who kindly handed over the fantastic amount of £122.42 🤩

We would like to say a huge thank you to all staff and customers who donated to this; your support is greatly appreciated ☺️
