Hi!
My name is Keryes, I was overweight for most of my adult life. I have tried and failed most diets; they all worked for a short time.
I would sit in the classes cheering everyone else. Eventually, I grew tired of congratulating others on their weight loss whilst my own dwindled to a standstill.
It’s so easy in a class to compare your progress to that of other people and criticise yourself if you’re not doing as well; and self-criticism was something I was good at. As a result, the inevitable would happen; I would put on whatever weight I had lost plus a couple extra pounds.

Cambridge Weight Plan was different for me. It was simple to follow and the 1-2-1 support from my consultant was amazing; she motivated me and, more importantly, believed I could do it! I was overwhelmed with the quick results.
Cambridge Weight Plan taught me how to lose weight and to eat healthily.
It taught me that nothing is impossible; I’m the slimmest I have been in all my adult life, having dropped from a size 18 to 10/12. As a result, I LOVE what I see in the mirror.
