The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan offers a range of weight loss programmes (steps). You can choose from a complete meal replacement option, these include options of soups, shakes, bar pastas and rice dishes. or opt for a step that includes healthy eating alongside meal replacements. We would work together, catching up weekly, taking weights and measurements. There are no groups sessions that y

ou need to sit through, no need to cheer on a strangers weight loss or be embarrassed about speaking in public, it is just you and I chatting, our meeting can be between 5 minutes to 30 minutes whatever you want on the day. Mobile appointments available in Lanarkshire either at your home or in either one of my offices (Quarry Street, Hamilton, 5 minute walk from Hamilton Bus/Rail station)
Appointments are available 7 days a week, including early mornings, late evenings. No joining fees or contracts.
1-2-1 support available during your journey and beyond.

It great that you have decided to lose some weight, but can I ask if you have thought this through?

Here are some points that I think that can help you.

• Are you ready? Are you going on the plan because you want to lose weigh or has someone suggested you should, if it is the latter rarely do you give it 100%, you need to do it for yourself!
• What is your motivation, it doesn't not matter if its for wanting to look good at the beach, or to help you have a baby, your motivation is what is important to you.
• Realistic goals are so important, it would be amazing to lose 5 stone in 5 weeks but lets be honest we all know that this is not going to happen so don't beat yourself up when it doesn't.
• Picking the correct step, you may have read that so and so did step 1 and had amazing result but they are not you, the best step is the one you will stick too without cheating if that's step 3 so what you will get the results!
• Get busy, especially at the start your mind can play tricks so keep it active, I am not saying go out to the gym, it can be going for a walk, pick a cupboard and clean it out (horrible job lol) learn a new skill (learn to knitting or teach yourself poker) or colouring in has been popular for the past few years.
