Deposit / Cancellation policy !!!
A deposit must be paid to book an appointment
The deposit is non-returnable if you cancel the appointment or do not show up, it is not possible to transfer the deposit to another date.
The deposit must be paid within 2 hours.
If there is no deposit in the account after 2 hours, the consultation period is canceled.
Charges apply for rescheduled appointments, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment giving less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the regular fee. Any difficulties related to the journey (traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.) do not exempt from the necessity to pay 100% of the regular fee. Therefore, please plan your trip prudent.
If the visit is canceled on the same day as the scheduled date, the fee is 100%.
If you miss an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee.
All fees are payable before the next appointment.
Please note that if you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced
