On 18th September 2025, Bespoke Clinical Care Limited proudly celebrates a decade of excellence in Complex Care at Home.

Over the past 10 years, we have been privileged to support individuals and families with specialist care in their own homes. This milestone is made possible thanks to the dedication of our staff, past and present, and the strong collaboration with the Health and Social Care Partnership in our community.

We are delighted to share the recent graduation pictures of our client and her Mum and Dad. This remarkable young lady has graduated with: BA (Hons) Social Sciences: Sociology with Politics (Upper Second Class) from Caledonian University, Glasgow.
She is truly an inspiration — one in a million. Her journey is a powerful testament to the fact that hard work and dedication truly pay off. With the unwavering support of her family and carers, she has achieved a significant milestone and is now looking forward to continuing her academic journey with postgraduate studies.
She embodies what can be accomplished when you follow your dreams and aspirations. Congratulations on this well-deserved success!

Thanks to Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd management team for attending and participating in the Lean Six Sigma SIPOC process (Supplies,Inputs,Process,Outputs, Customers) through this process we identified :

Clarity roles and Dependency : By identifying key suppliers we aim to enhance collaboration across the team and external partners.

Optimise Process steps: Reviewing each step will allow us to eliminate inefficiencies, and identify opportunities.

Improve Client-Centred Care : With a focus on client needs, our management team will ensure that outputs are consistently aligned with client expectations.

Align with strategic goal: Data gathered from SIPOC will guide us in making informed strategic decisions, aligned with our long-term business objectives.

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to family members relatives and friends and Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd staff members for making the Disney Theme Day with clients such an amazing success. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and hard work truly brought the event to life and made it an unforgettable experience for our clients.

From the fantastic decorations food (bubbly ..advised it was not alcoholic ) to the fun activities, and of course, the brilliant costumes—everything came together perfectly. The feedback we've received has been overwhelmingly positive, and it's all thanks to your dedication and team spirit.

Events like these are a great reminder of the incredible things we can achieve when we work together. We are deeply appreciative of the effort you put into making this day so special for the clients
