This soothing yoga practice is gently infused with Reiki, with slow, embodied movement, long-held postures, supportive props, and optional hands-on assists to help you truly soften and let go.
We’ll finish with a Reiki-infused Yoga Nidra, leaving you grounded, nourished, and deeply relaxed.
