*****JAMIE'S EDINBURGH MARATHON UPDATE*****
On May 25th I have decided that I will try to take my expanding body on a 26 mile plod around Edinburgh for reasons I can no longer remember. After years of telling physio patients what a stupid idea it is I feel that I should be able to say this to them with total confidence.

I am running the marathon whether people donate or not but you really should support Healthy and Active. I am fortunate to be on the board of this superb charity that supports some really important projects that help improve mental and physical health, inclusivity, reduces social isolation and is a true community service.
