Today i had couple of patients with lower back and neck issues.

✅️I've done several tests to diagnose the issues.

✅️I've worked with trigger points and fascia

✅️I've used cervical-thoracic manipulation to help with the pain.

✅️ I also performed other techniques for mid and lower back to release some pressure and ease the problem.

✅️I've picked exercises for patient to do at home so we can manage the problem better.
