Starts tomorrow! 🙌🏻🍁
The trees 🌳 See how the leaves drop, filling the streets with that golden crunch, letting go, shedding what they no longer need, the unnecessary, the old. 🍂🍁 We too will look to nature to explore how we can mirror this through the practice of Yoga. A mindful, seasonal focussed yoga practice encourages us to welcome this time of year, to appreciate the opportunity to turn inwards, slow down, let go but also illuminate the precious, small, everyday things we hold dear and are grateful for but can take for granted. 🙏
Rather than dread the darker, colder nights, join me every Wednesday to harness and welcome the beautiful energy of Autumn into your life, flowing through this season with ease and a deeper awareness of breath 🫁 so you can feel balanced and more in tune with everything Mother Nature is teaching us. 🌎
Now Breathe…close your eyes…feel your breath, heartbeat 💓, the earth slow down… lets join together in Yoga… to unite… body, breath, us, Mother Earth and all she offers because what is life if we cant stop to appreciate its beauty once in a while? 😌
