Location: North Lanarkshire
Β£ 12.60ph, 35 hours p/w (we would consider part time).

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and independence. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote well-being, and help service users achieve their goals.
There is weekend work on a rotational basis and some evening work. We also welcome applications from people looking for evening and or weekend work

🌈What You’ll Do:
Build trusting relationships with service users
Support daily living activities and emotional well-being
Assist with care plans and risk assessments
Encourage community involvement and personal development
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

🧠What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for mental health and helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential – we provide full training!
No formal qualifications necessary, however you will be required to undertake a course of study provided by the Organisation to a minimum of SVQ 2 to meet SSSC registration purposes.

We welcome applications from people who have personal experience of mental health difficulties.

Full driving licence and access to own transport are essential for these positions. All posts are subject to reference and PVG checks.
