This month is all about raising awareness and spotlighting a silent crisis: menโ€™s health. In our latest article, we break down the 5 biggest killers of men, and what can be done to reduce the risk.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Did you know men in the UK die, on average, 4 years earlier than women?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Many of the leading causes are preventable - yet too few men get checked early, talk about how they feel, or reach out for help.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Su***de remains one of the top threats, especially among younger men.
๐Ÿ‘‰ When it comes to physical health: prostate cancer, lung cancer, heart disease - all of them are major threats.

We wrote this because awareness alone is not enough. We need action:

International Stress Awareness Week - Day 5 ๐Ÿคฏ

Weโ€™ve reached the final steps of the Stress Risk Assessment, where action turns into lasting improvement.

Today we focus on Step 4 and Step 5:

โœ… Step 4 - Record your findings
Document the key stressors identified, the actions taken, and how youโ€™ve addressed each risk. Recording your process not only ensures compliance , it also shows your commitment to employee wellbeing.

โœ… Step 5 - Monitor and review
Stress management isnโ€™t a tick box or one-time exercise. For things to improve, you must regularly review whatโ€™s working, what isnโ€™t, and whatโ€™s changed in your organisation. This ongoing process helps you to continuously keep improving and sustain a healthy, supportive workplace culture.

A well-documented and regularly reviewed Stress Risk Assessment doesnโ€™t just tick a box, it builds trust, accountability, and a genuine focus on wellbeing.
