13 days out from his return to stage 🤌🏼

And honestly so much better than last year!

Everything brought up despite some injuries.

The journey with so far 💪🏻🎯

Successful diet phase concluded and photoshoot ✅

Now it’s a matter of keeping things tight for his holiday in 3 weeks and beginning the reversal as well as it can.

Now almost 18 months down the line working together it’s about setting us up for the most successful gaining phase yet.

Last year we had a few things slow us up which couldn’t be helped.

But now it’s an important few months ahead.

Keep some solid condition, issues in the past and that’ll allow us our best improvement phase yet!

9 weeks out - now at the part in prep where I hate all the photos 👎🏻

Hence we’re down 1 photo that makes grade.

Whether it is part delusion or I just don’t have as much muscle as I think. It’s why I need a coach.

And it’s probably why you do too!

No matter how much you think you know, when it comes to applying it to yourself it’s a different ball game.

99% of people can’t see reality when it comes to themselves, especially when it comes to a diet, and even more so in a bodybuilding prep.

Feeling flat or fat it all skews our judgement and you’re never going to know if you really are what you think you see.

When it comes to another person I can see things so much more clearly cause there’s not the same emotional attachment.

So if you’ve never been coached, feel like you’ve got more in the tank or just simply have never even when through a proper process of physique development.

I’d urge you to reach out to someone to work with, embrace the experience and if you work with someone of decent pedigree, you’ll now realise what you’ve been missing!

Who’d have thought his arms can get even bigger? 💪🏻

Over 2 years working together now and he’s went from strength to strength in every phase we’ve had programmed.

Another client photoshoot in the books 🎯

This time for 💪🏻🔥

Mark has been through all this before so it was all about being better and we’ve done that with a couple of kg of muscle added.

We had a bit of a start stop improvement period so great that he’s still got the rewards.

Being a coach himself, Mark aims to walk and is constantly looking to improve in any way he can.

Physically, personally and professionally, he’s a grafter!

So watch this space, there’s some big things to come in all ways!

Stop looking for the dieting secret in foods, and start with your mindset.

Getting lean isn’t about some magic tip you’ve not been told about.

It’s about grit.

It’s about doing things you don’t want to do.

It’s about embracing hunger.

And it’s about pushing through when you’re tired.

When you break it down, of course, when it comes to dieting there’s going to be at least element of hunger and yeah a bit of fatigue,

There’s going to be temptation and yeah that means saying no to some things,

The leaner you get, the more likely these things are going to become apparent.

Yes, there are some small things to make things a bit more bearable.

But reality is you just need to accept it and stop wrecking yourself looking for constant tricks.

It’s not flashy, it’s not what you want to hear but it’s what you need to hear.

So start now, this weekend.

And make the changes you know are necessary to see the differences today!

Second time working together, and a second successful holiday prep!

This time around as a Dad.

Parenthood to me quickly highlights the workers and the victims.

Some people will blame everything on why they just can’t get s**t done.

Otherwise will just make it work.

Gregor makes it work!

We don’t need to highlight the extra curveballs parenthood throws at you.

We know it’s tough.

Getting in shape is tough.

Doing it together is fu***ng class!

Much respect to the parents out there improving themselves, doing something for themselves but also setting an example of what it takes for their children.

This is a role model! 🔥
