Stop looking for the dieting secret in foods, and start with your mindset.
Getting lean isn’t about some magic tip you’ve not been told about.
It’s about grit.
It’s about doing things you don’t want to do.
It’s about embracing hunger.
And it’s about pushing through when you’re tired.
When you break it down, of course, when it comes to dieting there’s going to be at least element of hunger and yeah a bit of fatigue,
There’s going to be temptation and yeah that means saying no to some things,
The leaner you get, the more likely these things are going to become apparent.
Yes, there are some small things to make things a bit more bearable.
