🤰💪 Strong Mums, Stronger Pregnancies 💪🤰
We’re incredibly proud of the amazing females in our gym who continue to train safely and confidently right into their third trimester. Pregnancy isn’t a time to stop moving — it’s a time to move smarter.
Research continues to show that staying active during pregnancy can:
✅ Reduce back pain and common pregnancy discomforts
✅ Improve sleep and energy levels
✅ Support mental wellbeing
✅ Help with smoother labour and faster post-natal recovery
In fact, current guidelines suggest that healthy pregnant women aim for around 150 minutes of moderate activity per week — and we’re seeing first-hand how beneficial this can be when done correctly.
That said, training during pregnancy isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about training smarter. As pregnancy progresses, exercises should be adapted, regressed, and coached appropriately to ensure both mum and baby stay safe.
