Over the past few weeks I’ve completed some incredible InBody scans with our female members — and the progress has been next level. Here are two standout examples. 👇👇👇

Client A
Joined us at Easter with a solid training background.
Seven months of consistent training (3–4 sessions/week) + hitting her calorie and protein targets = a serious recomposition win.
✨ +2kg muscle gained
✨ Body fat dropped from 21.4% ➜ 17.4%
She told me on Friday:
“I thought I was training hard in my previous gym… now I realise I wasn’t.”
