Hope you’re all doing well!

Over the past few weeks I’ve completed some incredible InBody scans with our female members — and the progress has been next level. Here are two standout examples. 👇👇👇



Client A

Joined us at Easter with a solid training background.
Seven months of consistent training (3–4 sessions/week) + hitting her calorie and protein targets = a serious recomposition win.

✨ +2kg muscle gained
✨ Body fat dropped from 21.4% ➜ 17.4%

She told me on Friday:

“I thought I was training hard in my previous gym… now I realise I wasn’t.”

She’s now setting new goals as she approaches her 40th birthday.



Client B

A TTT member for 5 years with a lifelong sporting background. 🏒

“COACH RYAN’S THOUGHTS”

Had a great conversation today with a female client who’s training for her second fitness event, taking place in a few months. She smashed the DEKA Mile Doubles at the end of August at TTT, and now we’re building on that momentum.

I explained to her that our training program is as well-rounded as you’ll find. We cover multiple components of fitness with tried and trusted methods that will get you into the best physical shape possible — if you let it and respect it. 😎

On a personal level, training the TTT way has allowed me to stay ready for almost any event at the drop of a hat for the last decade: football seasons, 5Ks, 10Ks, HYROX, DEKA — you name it. I firmly believe that if you throw yourself into our program and absorb the information our fantastic coaching team gives you day in, day out, you too will be ready for anything. 👊🏻

“The best training plan is the one that gets you to your event in the best physical shape possible — without injury.”

A huge reason our program is step-loaded over weeks and months is to limit the risk of injury. How many gyms out there actually have a template showing what a full year of training looks like for their clients? 🤷🏼‍♂️

On Sunday, I participated in probably the 6th or 7th 5K I’ve ever run — and my first competitive one. I only signed up around six weeks ago after completing the Great Scottish Run 10K (my second ever). Leading up to the race, I only did one run: a 5K along the promenade in Playa Blanca exactly a week before, which felt amazing watching the sun come up.

The rest of my training was done inside the four walls of TTT, 3–4 times per week — the exact same program that 200 of you lovely people follow week in, week out.

The best part? I won the race on Sunday with a time of 18:32, just 24 seconds off my personal best. With the howling wind, a PB was always going to be tough on the day, which I knew at the start line.

There’s no secret potion to success:
Turn up. Apply yourself. Repeat. And most importantly… trust the process. 😉

I’ve loved this week at TTT. At a time of year when people tend to down tools, all I’m seeing right now are clients determined to finish the year strong. 💪🏻
