After your mobile massage I share a simple three-step evening ritual to keep you relaxed and support lymphatic flow. 1) Light stretches: gentle neck rolls and ankle pumps for 5 minutes. 2) Hydrate: drink a glass of water with a slice of lemon. 3) Breathing: 5 slow belly breaths, in for 4, out for 6.
